Adidas Originals re-launch OZWEEGO and LXCON sneakers
Adidas is going to unveil fresh pairs of OZWEEGO and LXCON sneakers with an updated design. The sneakers first became popular back in the 1990s.
The Sports brand took inspiration from its archives for the new releases, combining classic design trends with contemporary elements.
According to the brand, the new OZWEEGOs are modelled on the OZWEEGO 3s from 1998; a lightweight cushioned running-style sneaker. This time around the silhouette has been updated to include futuristic details, including an eye stay panel, defined midsole lines and a translucent support tube.
Similarly, The LXCON has been updated to include a new lacing system and a knitted upper to bring the 1990s shoe bang up to date.
Both styles come with the brand’s signature adiPRENE technology.
The global drop for both shoes is August 8.
