Dubai Police made a catchy song about Bank Fraud
It's been a while since we were reminded of Shaggy's 'It Wasn't Me'.
Yet evidently, it's still very much on the playlists of Emirates NBD and the Dubai Police. They have used it as a template for a music video warning the public against bank fraud.
The catchy and comedic video covers many things, including what your bank will and will not ask you over the phone. While the video is entertaining, it belies a very important message.
It outlines some of the do's and dont's of online security, including not giving out your password, not clicking on links from bank emails and to always hang up if they ask you to “take a moment”.
Across both the Dubai Police Instagram and the Emirates NBD Instagram, the video has amassed over 60,000 views in just a few days.
