Dubai hotel launches a 'jet lag guru' concierge service for weary travellers
For people who love to travel, jet lag is a pesky price to pay. Since the dawn of air travel, people have been trying to find a cure for jet lag which is described as “desynchronosis” in the medical world.
Now, a Dubai hotel has the perfect cure for those weary travellers. Waldorf Astoria Dubai Palm Jumeirah has launched a jet lag guru concierge service in the Middle East.
Only available at this property, the complimentary service will provide guests with tips on how to combat jet lag and help arrange tailored experiences including a Neom tranquillity bath on arrival and a special 'Jet Lag Menu' at Vietnamese restaurant Lao.
So how does one get their very own jet lag guru?
Travellers exhausted from long journeys and time zone differences can book a complimentary personal consultation with an on-property jet lag guru who will help guests recover from a long-haul travel and make the most of their stay through wellness and fitness initiatives.
Experiences will range from spraying a calming Neom room mist in a guest's suite to pre-booking a Neom tranquility bath, arranging a complimentary tea journey or thinking about fitness through a number of options at the property, along with many other experiences. Lao's jet lag menu will offer dishes that are designed to ease the side effects of flying across time zones.
Next time we return from a long haul trip, you'll know where to find us.
