Meet the new faces of Dior Homme
At first glance US-rapper A$AP Rocky, filmmaker Larry Clark, French actor Rod Paradot and his countryman Dylan Roques might not have too much in common, but below the surface they all have a rebellious energy that fuels their creativity.
It's that 'rebellious engery' is the phrase used to fuels the newly launched Autumn/Winter '16 by Dior Homme. Led by the innovative mind of creative director Kris Van Assche, the brand has set its stall out to champion 'a new vanguard of inspired gentlemen'.
The diverse figureheads of the campaign (shot by Willy Vanderperre and styled by Olivier Rizzo) feature the progressive side of Dior by teaming the urban dandy aesthetic of A$AP Rocky, and the brooding elegance of Clark (director of Kids; Bully; and Ken Park), with the new generation of French art-house cinema and fashion in the form of Paradot and upstart model Roques.
The four men were picked to represent the fashion house's direction to reflect a subversive wave of creativity within the arts, regardless of age or specific discipline. As far as we're concerned, they've done a pretty good job.
