Chris Hemsworth's worst movie roles according to Chris Hemsworth

- Hemsworth also admitted he almost lost the role of Thor to his brother, Liam
Chris Hemsworth has opened up about the most disappointing roles in his acting career so far.
The Avengers: Endgame favourite, who will shortly be reunited with his Thor: Ragnarok co-star Tessa Thompson on the big screen in Men in Black: International, admitted that there are a few roles he's not particularly proud of.
Speaking to Variety, the actor shared that one of the roles he wasn't so keen on was his computer hacker in Michael Mann's techno-thriller Blackhat.
"I didn't enjoy what I did in the film," Chris said. "It just felt flat, and it was also an attempt to do what I thought people might have wanted to see. But I don't think I'm good in that space."
He also added The Huntsman: Winter's War to the list of misses. The sequel to Snow White and the Huntsman didn't bring back Kristen Stewart, but did add Emily Blunt and Jessica Chastain to the impressive cast.
However, Chris said: "I don't think we ever landed on the point of the film. I thought we wanted to make a not-as-dark version. I felt like I was in a different movie."
Meanwhile, Chris recently revealed that he almost missed out on playing Thor, saying that his younger brother Liam Hemsworth almost beat him to the role – but he could have also lost the opportunity if he ended up starring in two other major movies.
Chris was almost cast in GI Joe, before the role he was up for went to Channing Tatum, and as Gambit in X-Men Origins: Wolverine, which was eventually played by Taylor Kitsch.
"At the time I was upset," Chris said. "I was running out of money. But if I played either of those characters, I wouldn't have been able to play Thor."
