6 gyms to get your six-pack sorted
Let’s face it, lads: we’d all like to be a bit more muscular, wouldn’t we? But actually having the motivation to get up and hit the gym though? That’s a different story. What we’ve generally found over the years is that the best motivation for anything in life often involves money. And a decent amount of it. Just thinking about the eye-watering sums of money you’ve been paying for months of an unused gym membership should be enough to get you sweating. But if you fancy getting a sweat on for a whole other reason, here are 6 locations where you might just enjoy working out:

The world-class gym is also offering a discounted price on its popular 8 week ‘Body Transformation’ programme this summer. All you have to do is contact Embody Fitness and quote ‘Summer Blitz’.
